Motion G interview questions

interviewer seemed quite friendly at first, but slowly shifted to being a bit condescending as the interview went on. 30 minute interview stretched to almost 50 minutes, about 20-25 of it being just the interviewer rambling about industry standards and why it would be good for you to know about them. did not really feel like an interview towards the end, more like a session for interviewer to talk and ramble to someone.
