I applied online through the company's website and was contacted through email. Once the interview was scheduled I was asked to proceed to the office. the questions were mostly about my previous experiences and how comfortable I was with working with data.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Movent (Makati City)
Interview
It was relatively a quick process back in 2009/10. My resume was submitted to HR as a referral by one of their existing employees. Got interview within a week, and offered a position the next week.
The manager only asked for my portfolio.
