Interview
The interview started 10 minutes late with Rachel the Managing Director. She asked me the same questions over 5 times. She was very rushed and not engaged at all. I didnt think I would make it to round 2 as in the midst of the interview she stated she had to end our interview. What? Who does that?

Interview
The interview process felt natural and collaborative. Though skillsets and experience is important, they focused a lot on behavioral questions as it was apparent fit was very important. As it is a small company, the ideal person had to understand what it's like to take on a hybrid role and to be comfortable with changes.
