Interview
Generally quite a laid back interview process as it was only for an admin role. Found the team to be really pleasant. There were three people present for the interview including one of the trustees.

They asked me about the importance of the NI music scene to me personally and the experience I had working in the music industry as well as in other relatable admin and logistical roles.
