I appreciate you taking the time to interview with us, and first and foremost, would like to truly apologize for anything we did that was taken as a negative impression of my team or our culture. We take hiring very seriously—at the end of the day, we are all people and we want to ensure a positive experience and mutual fit to join us. One of the reasons I love my team is that we have such strong representation of many diverse backgrounds and countries of origin, so I was surprised to read your comment about a lack of diversity! I'll do better next time to ensure that we have a more diverse panel at the outset.
