The hiring process is very long. It involves a first interview from skype with a recruiter who doesn't know much about the position and just tries to sell you the company by how superb technology the use and how important they are. I sensed some egostatic behavior there. I should have known better.
After that there was a mildly difficult web test which later I realized serves just to fill some web test page but has no impact on the rest of the hiring process.
Then an interview with one tech Leader which was fine, interesting and it made me believe once again in the company.
After that, and that was the key problem, there was a two hours technical interview.
the atmosphere was aggressive during the whole test interview and conducted very bad, with bad manners, , I guess, with the intent to put pressure on me and didn't allow me to think every question more than a few seconds. They said that part of the process was a pair programming interview but either they didn't have the slightest idea of what pair programming is or they believe pair programming is to sat behind you, pushing questions to you arrogantly and agressively.
It was like programming with your boss, an angry, impatient boss sat a few inches away from your monitor.
The whole company distilled wrongly based pride, a.k.a, arrogance.
