Interview
They were in desperate need at the time, there was no formal interview. I was told " If you show-up in your underwear tomorrow we will have your new pickup truck ready, and uniforms etc.", this did not turn out to be the case. The oilfield is a different environment than most, so the initial claims were not so unusual.
