First they arrange a telephonic call . and then a face to face round. Their interviewer are not aware of things properly. they are like a frog in the well. if you answer the procedure he knows then it's right otherwise he will keep saying are you sure ? even if you say 10 times and you say you can do it right now , he will say go home and try it if it happens then tell so there is no point to work under such an illiterate person. Also talked to a employee here through LinkedIn . he said you don't get salaries on time. so no knowledge no salary , no environment . You should not choose this company even if it is last on planet. Rest is your decision. Note: Don't waste your time and money to go to this company for interview. just utilize that time and money to go to interview at good company.
