Quick 30 minute in person interview. Asked basic questions about experience and education history. Whole process took only a couple of days. No probing questions meant to be a curveball or anything of that nature.

Over the phone, extremely casual while both persons were driving. No prep and spontaneous. Discussed experience working with large customer volumes and turn-around times on customer service questions and trouble shooting.
