Pretty standard one on one interview. They asked basic competency questions, and questions about how you would handle certain situations. Very friendly and a open to any questions about expectations.

Very brief, very few questions. Interviewer was the manager put in charge of the new "art department", who had no business, management, or art work experience, education, or background of any kind.
