Colloquio in 3 step: recruiter (inglese), team design (italiano), prova pratica (italiano e inglese). tutto bene se non fosse per il solito ghosting dopo il test, nemmeno un feedback ricevuto.
Coding assignment - async, a couple of days to submit, two technical interviews, culture fit interview, automated intelligence-like test. Overall, it took a long time to complete. By today's standards, too extensive. However, I went though the process 4 years ago at the time of writing.
