I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at My Bright Digital (London, England) in Nov 2020
Interview
I originally applied for a Marketing Executive role. After initially explaining that my application hadn't progressed because of my lack of experience, the company reached out and said they were impressed with my application anyway and invited me to interview to see if there was a role I could fit within the company. I was impressed and taken aback by this, in the current job market I thought it was really kind that they reached out and it goes to show if you tailor your cover letter and invest in a company when applying, you can reap the rewards! I then had a two-stage interview process consisting of two zoom calls. The first zoom call was with the COO and CEO, a get-to-know-you chat and several questions (some scenario-based) and others asking me about my experience and why I would be a strong candidate. The second interview was with the CEO, COO and Head of Marketing. I had to prepare a presentation of a previous marketing campaign I had already done, explaining how I planned the campaign, the methods I used and how I evaluated it. After this, they then asked me questions about the campaign, my experience and some more scenario-based ones. Throughout the process the company were friendly, kind and professional - it was a really lovely interview process! I am thrilled to have accepted an offer with this company.
