The interviewer was the owner and he had not at all knowledge of recruitment. He was confused about the date of interview and through the discussion expressed signs of racism in terms of age and gender.

The interviewer was honest and polite. He explained the position's duties and company's structure in details. A stable salary and bonus was offered. It was a 5 days per week , 8 hrs role.
