There is HR round, then senior round and then partner round. The HR was sweet enough but i dont think this people put efforts into shortlisting candidates. I mean if you want a person for ABC job with experience then shortlist the person who has experience of ABC job in his/her CV. Whats the use of calling that person to the interview and then taunting them that they do not fit the criteria when you should have known it from looking at that persons cv.

I received a call for an interview after applying for the job via a employee reference . First the HR asked me basic questions about me and my family . Later the technical round was conducted.
