Fair, it was well structured. Going in prepared helps in answering the questions. Would recommend reading on the company profile as questions will come up. Their response time is good too.
The first step is that you apply online and submit CV and cover letter
If you are successful then you are invited for an aptitude test
Lastly a behavioral/technical interview with a panel

Interview
The interview process was fair and it took like a 1 month period from start to completion. I did 1 psychometric test, 1 aptitude test and a physical interview with a 2 member panel.
