NCR Eduservices interview questions

Role: The job title "Assistant Professor" was primarily nominal. In reality, the role involved acting as a teaching assistant to a Professor delivering online lectures from a foreign location. The primary responsibilities included addressing students' doubts in real-time via the chat feature during online classes and responding to any questions students had after the class via email. The company itself functions as a provider of human labor to other foreign companies in the tech sector, outsourcing roles like teaching assistants to support their operations. Interview Process: The interview process was expected to consist of 3-4 rounds. However, I only participated in the initial round, which focused on basic communication skills. This round involved an assessment of English fluency through an HR interview and one technical question. After this, I did not receive any further communication from them.

My final round is pending i have cleared 3 rounds till now telephonic / subject knowledge test/ one to one Where they check your subject matter knowledge and comm skills.
