Total process for me is hr phone interview and hiring manager interview. Just 1 or 2 interviews before talking about offers. It only takes about 2 weeks for the interview process.
They send us an assessment and ask you in a specific senario what topics should the social media account publish and write an example article on XiaoHongShu. They also ask about who is the accounts' potential target customer group
