Take a math test, if you pass, have 2 brief interviews nothing crazy. Do some figure 8's on the equipment. If you could the figure 8's smoothly they offer you a job on the spot. They send you for a drug test and do a background check. It takes about a week for the results to come back. If you clear the background and drug test you get an email with an orientation date.
Online application for the opening on NFI company website and followed by Interview Invitation by HR. Went for an interview in person the next day and approached by the HR for an offer of employment next day

They asked me where I found out that they were hiring and I said that my friend told me and he also works here at your company,he is working here more than three years

Pretty easy especially if you have warehouse and or forklift experience.
I was offered the job last week and took a urine sample at a lab test site not to far
and no call back yet. Oh and for inquiring minds no I do not smoke or do any other drugs.
