I applied online. I interviewed at NHST Media Group in Mar 2021
Interview
Phone interview and than video interview. The final stage included presentation. I got no complains of the process or the person taking the interview. However, for the final stage, the head of the department was very rude and aggressive in the process. It was uncalled for and shows that our personalities does not match. This really puts off any person so this wouldn't be a department I will like to work for. I can imagine all the people to be friendly and nice but it takes one manager to spoil the team . Overall good company.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at NHST Media Group (London, England) in Sept 2019
Interview
I applied for a Marketing role in London at NHST Global Publications.
I had 3 interviews with my Manager and 2 internal stakeholders. During my first interview, I introduced myself mentioning my relevant experience and we talked about the role and the overall status of the newly created Marketing team. At a later stage, I've been asked to do a short presentation on possible ways to improve a selected channel of communication. We also extensively discussed internal relations, stakeholders' management and prioritisation, all particularly relevant for any cross-brands team working with/for all the Globals (4 brands).

The period from my application to the job offer has been of 6 months although it only took less than a couple of months from the day they got in touch with me to the job offer. My supervisor managed the interview process with kindness and transparency, showing to be open to video-calls since I was not in London in that period.
