Interview
Applied through campus career center, submitted a video interview thorough HireVue and was selected for an on campus interview. In order to get an in-person interview, you answer two questions (as well as submitting your resume), Why Nike, and are you able to relocate to wherever the position is taking place. Note: you do not have time to be wordy. Brevity is key.
Applied online then a HireVue at couple days later: it was about 3 questions, introduce yourself, pick either Nike, Jordan or converse then explain your top one. Also series of yes or no questions

The HireVue asked to rank Nike, Jordan, and converse. Then explain why you gave each one that rating and reflect it back to your skills
Very casual. It was done as part of a recruiting event. I was asked several questions about previous experiences. I received an email saying that I passed the initial interview round and was asked to provide some times of availability for the second interview. I replied very promptly with my times but was ghosted even after sending a follow up email. Not the best experience to have.
