It was very simple and the interviewees were very friendly. I was very surprised by how quick it took place and how properly they clarified my questions. I would definitely recommend this process to someone who might be afraid of putting themselves out there.
Apply online. Called them to ask about my application. Gave me an interview. Went to the interview. Then they tell you if they want you or not. If you do, they ask you when you can start working and might do a background check.
