I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NIKE (Allen, TX) in Jan 2015
Interview
Found the job opportunity on Nike career site. Received a phone call from store GM about 2 weeks later. During the phone call was very basic questions such as why would you apply this position, then scheduled face to face for next day. Next step was group interview, with 3 other candidates, at the store with GM. She was asking everyone work experience in the past, and hobbies. Nothing difficult. Received an email for background check next day, and phone call from GM to offer a position after pass background check.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at NIKE (Alicante) in Jun 2026
Interview
La entrevista fue desde el primer momento un proceso dinámico, en el que se centraban los entrevistadores en aspectos como resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, y opiniones que tengamos respecto a la marca.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Miami, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
