The first one was a phone interview. They will call after a few days to schedule another interview with the different managers over zoom. You will talk to 3 managers and they will get back to you after a few days if you get an offer. There will be a few days of training in a classroom setting.

Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
