Called same day after submitting resume to come in for an interview. Very standard customer service interview questions.
After the interview they called me and offered me a full time position after I had applied for part time work. I came into work the very next day for training.

I have applied to several positions at the Nike World campus in Beaverton and have not had an interview yet. I am qualified, if not overqualified, according to the job description.
Basic questions regarding past customer service roles, walk through resume, give examples of customer experience scenarios and dealing with customers of all personalities and up selling , working quickly and accurate when talking to customers
