Mainly behavioral, one open ended design question regarding how you would design a phone case in CAD. They are big on finding a cultural fit and looking for a curiosity to learn and become a leader.

I applied online. It was a while before I heard back, but then I had a phone screen with HR, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager, and lastly a full day interview with the engineering team

There was an actual packet of problems the engineers had faced. They asked me to walk through the problems and describe how I would solve them so they could understand my thought processes.

Online application. I had three phone interviews and one Skype interview before an offer was extended. Skype interview included questions coming up on the screen and a minute for me to think about them before I was recorded.
