Interview
It was an open house interview where they had a bunch of refreshments provided. The interview was 10 mins at most. They ask you very simple questions. 2 weeks later they called me with an offer.

Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.

Simple than expected. Nothing is unexpected. Fill in the form with details then share the experience. Started with self introduction and work experience. After that it is questions and answers sections.
