One phone interview and then a one-way video interview on the computer, where questions come up on the screen and you have an allotted time to answer them in a video.
The interview process was smooth and surprisingly easygoing. The process emphasizes a passion for fitness and the ability to handle a busy environment, with a generally welcoming atmosphere despite potential delays in the final offer.
Great interview process, straight forward. I went through three rounds. Everyone was very nice. They had good communication throughout. I did not end up accepting the offer. I would apply to this company again in the future.
