Interview
The interview is tricky because it’s not about your experience but rather how you will fit into the company culture. Aside from answering the standard questions, being able to list Nike athletes or Nike partnerships and being knowledgeable of company news and mentioning that during the interview will seal the deal.

Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.

Simple than expected. Nothing is unexpected. Fill in the form with details then share the experience. Started with self introduction and work experience. After that it is questions and answers sections.
