Very non-diverse and white hiring team and inaccurate job description with actual position roles and responsibilities. Recruiter assigned me to get interviewed in a region where I had no connections. Prioritized internal candidates. Otherwise a straight-forward experience.
Good - final round of the interview was three round. Felt like they were. really interested in finding the right person. Provided good feedback at the end of the interview which was very appreciated.
