I've interviewed multiple times at Nike (4-5 times) and it's been the most disappointing recruiting experience I've ever had. In almost all instances I was eventually ghosted by the recruiter. And in the majority of cases they the job was cancelled mid-process or was going to an existing contractor who was being hired contract to FTE (they have a company policy that they need to advertise the role anyway). Never have I felt more strung along.
They ask for extensive presentations and replies to multiple questions over the course of 5-6 interviews and in the process extract your knowledge.
Overall, my impression is a large, bureaucratic company who is getting stuck in their own processes. By far, the worst recruiting experience I have had so far that perhaps reflects deeper inefficiencies & problems that are happening internally.
