I went onsite at their office. I met first with the team leader of the position where he explained the position and asked me about my background. Then if there were no other questions, we went to meet with the, if I remember correctly, the department head/manager. He did a similar process and a quick overview of the position and the company. I then met with another team leader, who the position would interact with but would not be under (they developed while this position maintained, kind of like a data scientist/analyst relationship) The position was for more of a administrator of Java based technologies.
