NOMURA SECURITIES interview questions

Applied via Nomura career website. A few days later, got a mail reply from HR asking to provide them a full work history since university graduation. Even though some job held were not relevant to the job applied. After week later, sent mail to find out my application status. HR said they are still doing document screening. Two weeks later, they contacted me that the job is already been filled. No clue what was the point of doing document screening while the position is already filled. Total waste of time. Not recommend to apply job with Nomura

I applied through handshake and got the First round interview with an associate and then a super day with 3 back to back 30 min interviews with vps and executive directors.
