Nice lady I spoke with. She made me feel comfortable so I felt no pressure. It felt more like a conversation than an intense interview. So far I’m impressed if all people who work under NSSL global are like this then it must be a nice work environment.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NSSLGlobal (Redhill, South East England, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
Group interview with around 30 participants that had applied for 5 different roles ranging from sales, product delivery, CyberSec, and SWE. Probably done this way to save money but isn't really fair on each candidate.
Did not feel like each candidate was given a fair chance and the feedback was minimally helpful, mostly about the group 'task' of ranking items for survival on the moon.
Interview had 0 technicality or ability testing except a few questions and the Head of Technology seems somewhat inable to answer many of my questions related to his comments on their developing tech which seemed ill prepared
