Process consisted in 2 interviews, and lasted 3 months.
Scarce communication along the process, 2nd interview postponed 3 times: this was meant to be presential, but shifted to virtual because of MNG availability.
1 month of silence after the last interview, than a dry email communication with the rejection.
* 1st with HR: pretty straightforward, 1H discussing about past experience, skillset, competences. A chunk of interview in ENG, to test the related competences.
* 2nd with SR MNG: all about past, mostly from the MNG. No drills about competences or skills. No explanation about role and responsibilities. Interview ended anticipately because of MNG priority to move on with other tasks.
