Interview
It was an easy process. Just had a couple of phone and Skype interviews with the HR, hiring manager, and one more manager. They all seems really nice and took me out to lunch as well. One of the questions that they asked was “Tell me about yourself in one minute. Give me an example of yourself as a team leader.”

Interview
Very simple, standard interview, focusing on project management skills and style. I was interviewed by 2 team members at the first interview and them the Director at the second interview. All in all pretty standard.
Foi um entrevista minimamente estranha, com perguntas um tanto agressivas, onde o entrevistador usou termos como crucificar alguem com baixa performance e expor para o time, criando assim um ambiente de medo para alcançar oa objetivos traçados, pela coação.

Interview
It was easy going, friendly interview with a recruiter based in Brussels. Unfortunately since the beginning he mentioned that thinks I am overqualified because the job title was unclear that is for a junior position, hence I liked the transparency.
