Interview with Human resources manager and Marketing Head. I was asked about strengths and weaknesses. Asked about my previous organization and work experience. They also checked my family background. They gave a tour of the company with introductions. Explained expectations from me and the company. Very pleasant review. Their culture was very professional but friendly. I enjoyed the interview because I did not feel too pressured.

Interview
HR phone screen, followed my manager phone screen, followed by face-to-face and video interviews. Final interview with three leaders, including a focus on behavioral interview questions. Very thorough background/reference checks.
