Before going for the interview , u will get flooded with their call . They shortlist your CV where it was already mentioned that 3 years experienced candidate. After wards, when you leave your office and pay the cab drivers 700 rs and somehow reach their office (as I was told wrong office address too) .. then, when you clear their 3 rounds of interviews, they tell you they have 10 hours of working ,which I was not informed by the HR at the time of interview scheduling.  Then they also call you up saying "you have cleared all rounds, and what is your expected CTC, you will get call from HR on Monday." They make the candidate wait and never call back ! After the candidate call them ,they say, we are actually looking for candidates having 5+ years of experience.  I mean , what do you think of us? Are we so free that we have hobby of giving our whole time for interview and then you make us fool ?  Atleast make your Hiring Agenda clear !  It's HR 's responsibility to inform the candidates their result and status ! Be truthful when you tell the candidate their status. Atleast let them know what went wrong. Atleast tell them the truth. So that they don't wait for each call.. Our time is precious too !!!!!!
