3 stage process. First stage is telephone interview with HR. Second stage is a discussion with one of the consultants to have a brief chat. Third stage is with the head of practice and another colleague

Question 1
Question on how accurate my CV was - questioned on proving my CV and names of people I have worked with. Presentation was requested as part of the process, you need to think of a topic. Suggestion afterwards that it was plagiarized as head of practice sat in meeting researching words apparently, although it looked like he was just answering emails on his phone. Not professional on the questioning, and is actually offensive. Maybe a tactic used to see how one reacts to a difficult situations. Then offered a role to restart my career as a consultant, back to the bottom for someone senior in the industry. Not a good offer on salaries
HR Call; manager call; director call.
Quite straightforward, they ask some business questions. You need to show your knowledge of the company. Not a hard process. I had calls and in person meetings.

First round was for around 30 minutes and i was asked to write a trigger on Account and Contact , also some apex level questions and Admin level. After that i was got the Manager level call and after that the offer
