Interviewers and interviewing process is thorough. 6 rounds of interviews of course for senior positions. Interviewers were professional and experts in their field. They expect to explain in detail if asked, to assess the depth of expertise. Looked for attitude, reliability and expertise, did not give importance to flashy oration or impressive English - very good.

The 1st approach was through linkedin message requesting phone contact and afterwards I receive a contact from HR to schedule an interview with the area lead. The HR intervention within the whole process was minimum but effective
Interview is very proper and have a very positive feeling.
But position is far from my intention and difficult to continue the interview.
But I feel positive feeling. and if the position was ok consider to join
