The entire process spanned approximately four weeks. Throughout this period, I observed a significant degree of disorganization from both the recruiter and coordinator. Following a successful first-round interview with the hiring manager, during which we established a positive rapport (although this may not have been the case), I promptly made myself available for the subsequent week as the hiring manager expressed a keen interest in moving forward. Regrettably, there was a noticeable lack of responsiveness when I forwarded my availability to the recruiter and coordinator. It was only at the conclusion of that week that I received any form of communication. I was informed that the initial recruiter had been replaced during the process. Subsequently, I no longer had any interactions with a recruiter and was solely in contact with the coordinator. Unfortunately, none of the proposed times I had provided were deemed suitable. It took an entire week to receive a response based on the availability I had provided two weeks in advance. Despite being advised to seek answers from my recruiter, she remained unresponsive throughout the process. Overall, I found the process to be highly disorganized and unsatisfactory.
