I have two interviews with interested researchers. Mainly, ask about my previous projects in my resume. One asked to pick one paper and present it to him. They also ask what I would like to do there if I was selected.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NVIDIA (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2022

There are totally two rounds of interview. Both for research experience. The interviewers are really respectful. There is no hands-on coding. It moves really fast and takes me less than two weeks to receive the offer .
