Phone interview first. Then I received an email to come in to meet in person with a hiring team: two supervisors and two HR. The interviewers described the company, the role and responsibilities. It was 3 hours long. Very informative and gave a good feeling for compatibility culture, business and a fit with personalities of the people from the hiring team.
