I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at NYU (New York University)
Interview
Slow and unresponsive. First interview with HR representative. Then three more interviews with the Staff at the Berkley Center for Entrepreneurship, no more than 30 minutes. Another check in with HR after those 3 conversations. Everything seemed normal during that 3 week period, but then there was basically silence for 2.5 months. One follow up response was "we'll get back to you soon" and never heard back from that person. Other people just never answered. After 2 months I finally heard there was an unexpected pause (thanks for letting me know). And then finally I get a generic email response from an unknown NYU email saying I was not selected. I think my first conversation for this job was mid-June and I got that last email mid-September. Such a poor representation of NYU and a center which represents entrepreneurship.

Interview
This review is specifically for the School of Law. I interviewed for a job here and was put through six rounds of interviews and asked to complete a take home assignment, and was ghosted. In the last interview, the interviewer was disrespectful and asked me personal questions that seemed over the line to me. The process took over six months and it seemed as if they were keeping me on the hook with months between communications and interviews, but I guess not that interested in actually hiring me. I don’t know what game they were playing but it was super disrespectful and I wouldn’t waste your time here.

Apps submitted online. There was a phone interview and a Zoom interview. They request references. You have to submit often to get an interview there. There was a panel of people and they ask questions. They gave you do a project of some kind. It wasn’t very memorable, although I recall spending more time than I should have on the project!
got to chat with the HR recruiter and had such a great conversation, felt very natural although asking standard questions
hiring manager was super sweet when dropped out of process, offered to stay in touch
