Applied Online, followed up, HR scheduled phone interview. After that I was invited to a zoom interview with 4 Dept. Members. This went well, except for the fact that the Program Director opened my interview with a political joke. It made me very uneasy. It made me not want to work for this person.

Weaknesses - and how you handle them What are some of your best qualities
It was a really smooth process consisting of three Zoom interviews. The only issue is I had to wait months to hear back that I did not get the position. Communication could have been much better.
