The biggest red flag was that when I inquired about feedback I was told there was a policy in place that NYU does not share feedback with candidates. The process was easy, and enjoyable talking with the teams I was looking to join. I was pushed into the final round process, and I thought it went well. I was thrown off by the questioning related to my experience as I was going from an Assistant Director role to a "lower level" role. I appreciate the frankness but have a feeling that ultimately decided my fate.
