I had a great first round interview with the hiring manager who at the end of the call shared he'd like to move me through to the next round with the head of operations. I thanked him and said I looked forward to it, but did want to disclose I was pregnant. After I shared this, the company completely ghosted me, including after I followed up and they said the availability email initially sent "got lost." Disheartening and actually quite discriminatory.
