From the very start of the application process, it was extremely disorganized. The first person I spoke to showed up 20 minutes late then had another call in 10 minutes so offered to reschedule mid interview which said a lot about the way the company was run but I decided to still proceed. The 2nd interview was a case study that required about 1.5 hrs of prep plus a presentation. Nobody from either interview could answer the goals of the role and what the company is looking for. Lastly, the majority of their workforce appears to be recent graduates which explains the lack of professionalism and experience throughout the entire process. If you are an actual professional, avoid this company.
