I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NagaEd in Sept 2025
Interview
Someone I know had referred me to the organisation. Initially, they were very responsive. I had a preliminary call with the founder, followed by a task and a second interview (also with the founder). The task was straightforward but the questions I was asked on the task helped me understand that the nature of the task and the expectations from the role were misaligned. I'm unsure if the organisation has clarity on what their requirements are. I was told that the next step would be for me to meet their partner organisations. I was also told that I would be considered for another role instead of the one I interviewed for (the criteria for it suddenly changed from 5-7 years of experience to 10-12 years of experience.) About two-three weeks later, I was told that I'm not going to be considered for any of the roles. This was communicated on WhatsApp and not over email. I could tell that the HR professional was simply copy-pasting generic messages from Chat GPT. They're disrespectful of candidates' time and effort and have poor communication channels. I'd recommend not applying. You will also receive no feedback irrespective of the number of rounds you have.
