Hiring process is quite fast and impressive you don't have to chase people for further process. There were 4 rounds-
1. First one is kind of general aptitude, english and simple reasoning questions in 20 minutes you have to attempt 60 questions.
2. That one is coding round and you got 3 problems time limit is 90 minutes.
3. Technical Discussion - 1 hour tech discussion touch almost all topics :
- front end java script, css, angular
- core java, spring, springboot, hibernate, web services
- backend plsql
- design patterns
4. Tech + Managerial Discussion - There manager explore all your technical abilities in coding, analysis and architecture as well by providing random scenarios.
After last round i got a email that i did not selected. Then i discuss with the consultant who refer me for the review why they did not selected and the answer was that i couldn't explain 3 questions out of 11-12 questions in last round.
Manager expectation looks like he want to recruit a guy who have worked on each and every technology and also have the in depth machine level working knowledge on each component whatever it is front end, middleware, backend and cloud also.
