Worst interview experience i had ever did. Firstly take test on 9th Dec 2017. Two rounds are cleared for third round they told me for skype interview but didn't take, After one month take all the rounds once again on 20th Jan. Same story again happen. This time time they will take last round after one month 20th feb. After that they told me you have cleared the final round and summit the documents. Till 2 weeks didn't reply on mail. Didn't accept the call. After plenty of calls told me we can not go further because you have given the previous test one month only. Worst HR, Worst Selection Criteria. I am very disappointing with that behavior. I have advice to management please work on your selection process
It was very smooth and HRs were very well communicating the feedbacks on time. The interviewers were also on time and the process completed quickly with 3 days. It was really good experience.

Interview
I applied online for the position, and the hiring process includes four rounds.
Round 1: Mettl test (90 minutes) consisting of 2 coding questions, 20 aptitude questions, and 40 C# questions.
Round 2: Face-to-face technical interview at the Noida office, where scenario-based questions were asked.
I was informed that I would move forward to the third technical round, followed by the HR round.
It has now been 20 days, and I am still waiting for the update.
